My mission is to challenge the labels, expectations, and old stories that tell us who we're supposed to be and what's possible for us.
What we've experienced or adopted as “truth” may have shaped us, but it doesn't have to define what's possible for us.
A diagnosis can describe something. It doesn't get to define your future.
A past experience can explain a reaction. It doesn't have to dictate your next decision.
Someone else's expectations can influence who you became. They don't get to decide who you become next.
A belief can feel true for decades and still deserve to be questioned.
I believe we get to question the limits we've inherited, absorbed, experienced, or accepted.
Not because our past didn't matter.
Some of it is about health. Some of it is personal development, spirituality, business, being a mom, or something I noticed while walking that sent me down a rabbit hole for three days.
This is simply a peek inside the things I think about, question, experiment with and occasionally can't shut up about.
